Remi' Paddle Zen -- CANCELED

Remi's PaddleZen! Crew Bubble. Lead by Damon while Remi is out. We focus on technique and breathing, while paddling at pace without drills. We paddle for about 30+ minutes, with one 10 +/- break, followed by another 30+ minute session. We cover about 7 miles. Our PaddleZen! goal is to become "one paddle and one boat" as we search for the elusive "glide" feeling in the boat. Imua PaddleZen! ~~~ Remi
