2018 Offical Weigh In DataOn April 15, 2018 canoes
were weighed by MCHCA officals. Results showed that all canoes were at or above
the 400# HCRA weigh requirement. A new Vantage 6 canoe from Steve Blyth (IHE)
on the Big Island arrived in Maui after the MCHCA weigh in. This canoe was
weighed and waterlined by HCRA & Moku O Hawaii officials.

minimum . As a result, some of the weights were removed or repositioned to make
the canoe weigh exactly 400#. Where this was done, the red number was the
original weight and the green number shows the new weight.
- Black - weights that were in the canoe during weigh in
and included in the adjusted weight.
- Red - weights in the canoe during weigh in but removed
- Green - weights added to the canoe after the weigh
